This single-origin cultivar is a phenomenal choice for a pure, traditional matcha experience that leaves you feeling grounded and held by the earth.

Flavor profile: Rich in umami flavor with well-balanced notes of raw honey and floral. Expect a clean, soft finish on the palette, making it an ideal choice for drinking traditionally or in a matcha latte.

Benefits: Opposed to dried green tea leaves seeped in hot water (commonly known as green tea), matcha powder (nearly raw, stone ground green tea leaves) contains a full spectrum of chlorophylls and antioxidants which helps to invigorate and strengthen the hair, skin, nails, and immune system. Per 2 scoops (or 1 teaspoon), matcha contains around 70mg of caffeine.
